Do you have a private estate wedding or important celebration in mind for the Lake Tahoe area? Look no further; Tahoe Lakeview Estate could be the place for you! With more than one option for the use of this 20 acre terraced property, backing up to National Forest service land on three sides of the property, we invite you to take a look and let your imagination run wild

With the entire weekend included, this vacation rental property feels secluded yet sits only a few minutes from the bustle of South Lake Tahoe’s beaches, restaurants, casinos and recreation. Just over the border into Nevada (using the Kingsbury Grade), this hilltop estate can be reached by car, shuttle bus, or helicopter (that’s right!) The infinity heli pad offers an over-the-top grand entrance to kick off any party!  Consider utilizing the pad to exchange your vows with a wonderful backdrop to the ceremony – sweeping vistas of the trees, mountains, sunsets over Lake Tahoe in the distance, and Castle Rock, this location lacks nothing.

The owners of the estate have designed a glass wall barrier to help with occasional mountain breezes but it allows for a clear view of Lake Tahoe and makes a beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony or backdrop to a reception or dining space. Sweet seating areas are tucked here and there. A Heavenly chair lift and mini lift swing for photo ops (as we did!), tree cove, a twinkle lighted arbor, railroad tie tiered patios, large rock outcroppings, and grassy and terraced seating areas add to the scenery and versatility of this hilltop property.

A dreamy Honeymoon Cabin sits at the base of the property tucked alongside a hill and a horse arena. This level large horse arena can be chosen as a level reception space with a rustic barn backdrop, or can be used as convenient onsite parking.  For larger events especially, this space is ideal; lined with pine trees, the deluxe and perfectly designed cabin, the rustic barn nearby, and down to the built in cast iron tub perfect for iced beverages during your celebration. Whether you choose this space or not as your dining area or other portion of your event, the cabin is a must have for the weekend.

The quaint yet spacious rustic cabin is  straight out of Sunset Magazine – truly it is to die for!   Convenient for the bride and her ladies to dress and gather in prior to the festivities, this cabin has wood beam ceilings, railroad metal ties for the railing to the second floor sleeping area, and sliding wood barn doors are just the start. Each element catches your attention from the tin stamped kitchen cabinet doors, the wine barrel pot rack hanging in the downstairs kitchen, to the custom burlap curtains and the perfectly appointed vintage furniture. Sitting in the hanging swing on the wide front porch is required! I’ll save the rest of the details for when you see it for yourself!

Tahoe Lakeview Estate is an ideal location for your next event.  They even have a snappy motarized cart for use in moving about the grounds. Call them to see it all and book it now!
