Twin Rocks Estate Winery is a beautiful new estate just a few minutes from the hub of Granite Bay, yet with the feel of rural wine country. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony site with a pond and oak tree background, and surrounded by vineyards, nature and rock outcroppings, then you must come for a visit. Twin Rocks Estate is currently booking and hosting weddings and events. In addition, they are also open for wine tasting and estate tours. The grounds are glorious with large ponds, native oak trees throughout, vineyards, olive orchards, and more.
There are multiple spots for a ceremony, dinner or celebration. Let’s start with the outdoor Pondside Landing, just down the path from the Main Winery. This spot has an oak tree directly in the patio and the lovely pond in the background. It is surrounded by vineyards and nature… dreamy and perfect for a wedding ceremony. It also has market lighting which makes it a great al fresco dining spot or really nice for any outdoor celebration.
Next is the Main Winery which includes many separate spaces. First, the Winery Patio, surrounded by planters and foliage. The Patio has an incredible view of the large pond and water feature. It also includes lovely outdoor furniture, fire tables, the covered Pergola, and the Firepit. It works wonderfully for dinner after a wedding ceremony.
Second, and adjacent to the Winery Patio is the Tasting Room. The Tasting Room has a large center bar from which to serve all of the delightful award winning wine varietals. There are also two smaller rooms, the Sierra and Foothills Rooms, which can be utilized privately or during a larger event. The Tasting Room has many large windows so you have views of the Barrel Storage Room, Wine Production Area, and of course the patio and beautiful front pond. The winery is well appointed with luxurious furniture and versatile colors and textures throughout. The Tasting Room also works perfectly for your after dinner dance party location!
Third, and directly below the Tasting room is the Wine Cave. This private event space is like no other around. Wine barrels line the walls and up lighting creates wonderful ambiance. The Wine Cave may be used in conjunction with the other spaces or consider it for a private dining experience or rehearsal dinner…wow! It even has a private entrance path to the gorgeous cave doors and its own lavatories.
In addition to all of the wonderful rentable spaces, the outdoor options are phenomenal and endless and a photographer’s dream. Obviously, the vineyards, olive tree groves, and ponds are perfect backdrops. But also there is a Country Barn which offers a more rustic feel. In the spring there are lots of babies and the animals are very friendly and ohhhh, so photogenic. This is a nice spot for a First Look!
There is MORE to mention such as the organic garden, where you might be able to use some produce harvested from the venue. And, they also make delicious olive oil and honey so be sure to plan your menu to include these items.
