This is one truly beautiful venue with many fine features and options available to brides, the corporate planner, for team building, couples celebrating a special occasion, or just for relaxation and pampering. Wine & Roses, located in Lodi, CA, encompasses seven acres with much of those acres being in the shade of stately trees, towering Deodar cedars, colorful bedding plants and manicured lawns.  The charming two-storied gabled homestead of the original settler of this property is still standing (re-built in the 1930s) and this home is on the National Register of Historic Places with the Towne House Restaurant occupying the main floor.  The Towne House serves outstanding cuisine (we Vixens can attest to this fact!) with an extensive menu of quality seasonal and regionally sourced ingredients.  Because Wine & Roses is situated in the heart of the Lodi Wine Appellation, there are over 70 wines on their wine list, plus they have a full bar and can create exotic drinks!

As a hotel property, Wine & Roses has 79 really beautiful and very comfortable guest rooms and suites with many of the rooms having garden patios or balconies looking out over the lush grounds. The award-winning Spa at Wine & Roses has many services including a fitness center, and is perfect for brides to have hair and make-up handled.  For those just wanting a lovely time away in somewhat of a Zen setting, there are massage packages (couples, too) and even plunge pools or a steam room. Bliss!

The event spaces are varied –  in the Historic Inn is the functional W&R Boardroom which obviously is conducive to business meetings, but we also see this handsome room for an intimate elopement dinner.  However, for a bit larger group, consider the Cellar Room & Patio with its impressive stone fireplace, tall wood-beamed ceiling and graceful French doors that open to a private patio and gardens.  The largest space at Wine & Roses is the Garden Ballroom where up to 350 can gather and celebrate. This ballroom is spectacular with its vine covered, quarried stone facade, massive carved wooden doors, open beam ceiling, focal fireplace and heavy wrought iron chandeliers.  A very stately room in deed!

If holding a wedding at Wine & Roses, the very romantic Wedding Garden is pure perfection.  On a large, well-manicured lawn under the shade of large trees there are a few different angles and background options to select from; there is even an awesome vintage shed for great photo ops. Steps away is the convenient Pavilion & Patio which is a lighted tent structure to enjoy after ceremony cocktails and socializing before moving in to the celebratory dinner.

Wine & Roses has the feel of an oasis... definitely worth your consideration.
