The Atrium at Woodlake is a wonderful wedding and event location in The Uptown District in Sacramento. You can host a large event for up to 200. However, with dividable spaces, smaller weekday celebrations, like corporate and social functions are a great option. The gorgeous building is modern, Art Deco style which has been updated creatively.
First, the foyer Reception Room is an intimate, indoor space and works well for a grand entrance. The handsome, large granite and wood bar grabs your attention upon entering and can be set up to display a lovely welcome beverage. Similarly, plush built-in seating creates a nice, warm feel and is great if elders wish to step away from the festivities, but still be nearby. This room can be used on weekdays combined with the Atrium East or it’s included with the full venue rental.
Next, the Atrium is a fabulous enclosed courtyard surrounded by planters and greenery. It can be divided in two separate rooms or used as one large space. The Atrium has spectacular glass ceilings which allow for nice natural lighting. But the real wow factor is the ceiling is retractable and may be opened for al fresco dinner events or dancing under the stars. It’s an amazing year-round event venue!
Last, the Private Dining Room is adjacent to the Atrium and again, can be rented separately or with the other spaces. It has a grand dining table with wooden chairs and is a blank canvas to allow for any decor. Conversation can be lively and the dinner and wine pairing will be outstanding. Furthermore, it also works well for meetings, as there is AV available. It is adjacent to Atrium West, with full length windows for a fantastic use of combining the spaces for smaller weekday events or it’s included with the full venue rental.
The Atrium at Woodlake is a full service venue, with the benefit of allowing an outside licensed caterer. Provided with rental are valet service, security, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, and your dance floor! And bonus, the chairs in the Atrium are lovely, black Chiavari chairs with black cushions.
To conclude, the Atrium at Woodlake is a truly unique event venue so make an appointment to see it in person. We think you’ll be surprised by this hidden gem!
