Bluestone Meadow offers a beautiful setting for weddings and receptions that can go from casual to sophisticated. They offer options for ceremony sites that have distinct settings. Each ceremony site can accommodate up to 175 guests and the wedding party.

The Ceremony Lawn has views of valley and hillside and The Ceremony Deck – secluded setting set in the midst of the pines

Receptions are held under a very large event tent (40’ x 60’) that can accommodate 175 people. This tent sits on a concrete pad and is lit by market lights to allow for day time or evening receptions. A dance floor is available to be used adjacent to the event tent and is also lit by market lights surrounding the floor.

Brides have access to a fully equipped bride’s room in the main house. In addition to the bride’s room, the bridal party can use the entire downstairs of the main house for preparation. Grooms can get ready in the barn which is equipped with a bathroom and refrigerator providing them with their own space prior to the wedding.

Bluestone Meadow is ideal for couples who want to get very involved in the planning and decorating of their wedding. Late spring/early summer is blooming time for the lavender fields.

Wedding package includes use of the following for your wedding day.

One ceremony site – Lawn or Woods (bridal party is responsible for set up and clean-up of all decoration)
Event Tent with lights and generator. This is a shade cover only, not water proof
Executive bathrooms and ADA bathroom
Use of stock of wedding decorations/equipment while at farm including train, chandeliers, church windows, shepherd’s hooks, wine barrels etc.
Available tables and chairs
1931 Model A Roadster (while on property)
Set up of tables and chairs at ceremony and reception sites
Couples may setup decorations and catering can be started up to 2 days prior to the wedding
Clean up can be completed as late as two days after wedding
Music until 10:00pm; guests should be off farm by 11:00pm
Bride’s room and use of living area of main house for preparation
Use of barn for additional preparation area (frequently for the groom’s party)
Large freezer for ice and the option to purchase ice
Parking
