If you love golf courses, look no further.  Chateau at Incline Village is your wedding and event location with a partial view of the lake in the distance.  The best of Lake Tahoe and the grassy greens in one!  There are more opportunities than meet the eye here.

Consider a ceremony overlooking the 9th hole with towering pines as a framework for the ceremony, or a tucked away secluded lush aspen grove.  There are two reception options; the first an indoor ballroom with rustic open beamed ceilings and majestic wrought iron hanging lights, and (not one, but) two huge stone fireplaces – one at each end of the ballroom.  A perfect cocktail wraparound deck overlooks the splendor of the grounds and a sweet peak of Lake Tahoe. The second option would be to hold a party or reception within the grove of aspen trees that has a more casual vibe. Permanent picnic tables are very convenient, which can be left woodsy natural or linen covered. Formal, upscale, with a Tahoe feel, or woodsy, off the beaten path Tahoe feel; you choose. Again, the best of what we all love about Lake Tahoe.

In booking Chateau, you receive the attention of two well trained staff to sell and manage your event.  This hand off is streamlined and efficient and the Chateau has many inclusions.  Options of linen colors, every table arrangement imaginable, and don’t forget to ask for the Vixen Value: borrow their soft leather sofas and chairs for a custom lounge area within the ballroom. This site keeps the planning simple with site options and must have items included.

A dressing room is on property for the convenience of  the bride to slip into her wedding gown, however, it is recommended that hair and make-up services be handled off property. A great value with Chateau at Incline Village is the fact that no sales tax is charged.  This property is situated on Government owned land and thus the tax is waived.  Quite a savings!

Be sure to dine at the public restaurant and try a favorite Vixen Vittle… Kobi burgers with sweet potato fries, or their chicken lettuce wraps. We were honestly begging for more! No Venue Vixen picnics on this excursion…we were treated royally at this property.
