Estate Farms is about 25 miles east of downtown Sacramento in the middle of rolling foothills and prairie terrain. It’s a 10 acre country property newly opened and ready to help with your event. The old stables still stand from the former horse ranch, although renovated and

completely different than the original! A few other outbuildings dot the property giving that country vibe.

We love that the venue is on a rise, so the views west toward the coastal range are beautiful. Also, sunsets are incredible, and in the distant horizon is the skyline of downtown Sacramento. Even the power line and tower makes a unique statement and adds a certain whimsical flair. Estate Farms is not fancy, but instead offers a comfortable, homey vibe with a casual slice of rural country.

The Estate House is situated in the center of the property and includes a lovely bridal suite with wonderful lighting. Additionally, through closed curtains the bride can peek as guests arrive to one of the ceremony areas. Licensed caterers are welcome and may stage and use the beautifully remodeled retro-inspired kitchen; also a nice space for an indoor buffet. The house has a small shaded front patio for gathering.

There are several options to hold a wedding ceremony or gathering. The front lawn of the property has a number of shade trees and is bordered by a ranch style white washed split rail fence. Or the raised wood framed pergola with stunning views of farmland and the coastal range in the distance. Get creative as there are many unique areas.

And saving the best for last is the recently remodeled converted horse stables. Keeping the original structure, the opposite side (think the “inside of the stables”) has been transformed into an elegant space to hold a reception or dinner party. This area is a fun, unexpected reveal once the ceremony concludes. We envision long tables where guests can enjoy the space and the outstanding views west toward the coastal range.

Behind the stables is the landscaped, terrace hillside with a lush lawn and patio space for dancing. Additionally, there’s a separate patio with lounge furniture for quiet enjoyment. This patio is large so adding a tent is optional. Dinner and dancing under the ambient market lights with the sunset would be outstanding…and there are often sunsets visible from Estate Farms!

The owner of Estate Farms is community minded and hopes those utilizing the venue will be like-minded and enjoy the comforts of home he is establishing. With the new plantings of trees and many flowers, the venue is going to get prettier and prettier. Furthermore, with so much space family and friends can gather for socializing, music performances, parties, church functions, weddings and more… all “out in the country.”
