Rusty Spurs Ranch is a wonderful, off the beaten path venue in Calaveras County. This rustic yet classy property is located in the foothills of the historic Gold Country. It’s close to the cute towns of Angels Camp and Murphys; we love these hidden treasures. These quaint towns offer wonderful wineries, cave explorations and more.
The Ranch is surrounded by oaks, rolling hills, and wide open spaces. The prominent Pavilion Barn is slightly elevated on a knoll and centrally placed with a lovely view of the nearby pond and sloping lawn. The stunning wrought iron and crystal chandeliers are definitely focal pieces in the Pavilion. Also, the amazing stone fireplace is gorgeous and can be personalized with decor fitting your event.
The Pavilion offers plenty of room for dining and dancing year-round. During the winter, weddings can take place in the Pavilion as marvelous wooden barn doors can enclose the space. Rusty Spurs Ranch also has fabulous custom-made wood farm tables. The classy rustic feel is all right here – stone fireplace, wooden ceiling beams and the bling of the chandeliers…what’s not to love!
Wedding ceremonies at the Ranch are usually under the oak trees, a perfect “natural” setting. There are charming turquoise filigree doors leading to the ceremony space. These doors are a fabulous and fun photo opportunities. The Ranch is not lacking gorgeous backdrops on the property, including the 1940’s vintage flatbed truck! And lawn games and horseshoes are a great way to entertain your guests during photos.

Now for one of the best parts… Rusty spurs has sleeping cabins! The cabins are right on property, just a lovely stroll to all the action. Treat your guests to a fabulous party followed by a great sleep in one of the well-appointed cabins. We love the unique style and décor of each of the cabins. The honeymooner’s cabin is lovely… so romantic.
Talk about a weekend wedding; it’s just so much! Their packages include 10 sleeping cabins which can accommodate up to 50 guests! What could be better than family and friends together enjoying the “good life.” There’s nothing better than family and friends together enjoying the “good life” and creating lifelong memories!
