Centrally located at the Fulton and Marconi intersection of Sacramento sits the Town and Country Event Center. Easy access with plenty of parking, the impressive curved entry has a video screen to greet guests with a message, or to play a welcoming video. Upon entering the
grand main corridor, there are three options for banquet rooms available for your use. The Platinum Hall, Gold Hall and Silver Hall… sounds opulent, right? Each room is beautiful!
Platinum Hall is the largest of the ballrooms and can seat up to 500 guests. Look up to admire the contemporary chandeliers that have individual crystal strands hanging with a small crystal ball at the end of each strand. Crystal columns are a great visual effect as well as the rope lights around the entire room. There is plenty of space for a riser stage. The gleaming high polished wood floor reflect all the shine and the white walls allow for any theme color you desire. A DJ/sound booth is off to the side, as well as a built-in bar.
Bonus: a large bridal changing room is attached to Platinum Hall with lots of mirrors and a fun silver couch begging for photos.
Gold Hall has a seating capacity of up to 220 guests. The ornate carved faux wood golden pillars are eye catching as are the contemporary chandeliers, and high polished wood grain flooring. Staging can be set up depending on need. A DJ booth is tucked into the corner and the beverage bar is convenient as one enters the room.
Silver Hall is the most intimate ballroom seating up to 110 guests. This room has ornate gold columns and traditional glimmering chandeliers. A DJ/sound booth is in a nice raised podium and is in the back of the room. Silver Hall is perfect for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or smaller gathering. There is also a mirror wall, making the room feel larger, yet still intimate. Additionally, there is a fun bridal changing room connected to Silver Hall which is very convenient. The bar for this room is a separate space upon entering.
The ballrooms have a lighting system with in-house moving lights, spotlight and/or lasers, or gobo patterns. All of the halls are wired with audio visual, so they work really well for corporate or other parties. Many monitor screens are placed about the rooms.
Town and Country Event Center is affiliated with Prime Party Rentals. The personalization of the ballrooms with specialty rentals is very easy. Settees, thrones, cushions and ottomans and gold or silver chivari chairs, traditional banquet chairs with slip covers, ghost chairs… just select your style! And the tabletop items available are extensive; chargers, candelabras, and lanterns – you imagine it and they will have it!
Several rental packages are available through Town and Country Event Center which can include hall, furnishings, DJ, security and complimentary stretch Hummer Limousine. Feel free to customize your day by bringing your own caterer, alcoholic beverages, and bands.
