Avio Vineyards, Amador County – Bottle Your Own Blend
Sign up for Avio Vineyard’s “Bottle Your Own” Event set for August 17th or 18th from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. Enjoy the vineyard countryside of Amador County.
Have you ever wondered what the process was to get the wine from vine to table? This is your opportunity to gain an insight into the art of wine making that Avio is known for. They are offering a chance for you, and a plus one, to come to the winery and bottle your own wine in the barrel room. Owners Stefano and Lisa will take you through the process of taking a specialty red blend straight from the barrel to bottle. It is an Estate blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel. This is a single barrel blend so quantities are limited.
Tickets are $199 for this event. You will receive a case (12 bottles) of this red blend and lunch for two. They will be serving a delicious taco bar to enjoy in between the bottling activities.
