It’s all about the Mac & Cheese
Yes, the Mac and Cheese, the smoked pork shoulder, fresh fruit and wine all awaited us! Photographer and industry friend to the Vixens, Rick Siegel, scoffed at our opinion of the quality of Morton’s Steakhouse Mac & Cheese. So a throwdown was had Sunday night at the Siegel’s lovely home. We brought the Railbridge wine and sunflowers to set the mood.
We found Rick slaving (NOT) over the grill. He created the most yummy macaroni and cheese in a DUTCH OVEN and cooked it over the GRILL!!
Visiting Vixen Vendor Mike Regan of 5 Finger Photo and Mr. DJ Service dug in happily, and Bryan Greenwalt of Music and More Entertainmentgave the thumbs up.
Rick was all smiles as we totally praised his smoky, cheesy, “hammy” version of the classic Mac & Cheese, and the smoked pork shoulder was to die for. Thank you Lee for all the other goodies from appetizers to ice cream… let’s do this again!
