We have some news worth toasting. We’re thrilled to welcome The Tipsy Tin to our family of Vixen Verified vendor partners.

The bar is where so many of a celebration’s best moments happen: the first toast, the late-night catch-ups, the signature drink everyone talks about the next day. So when we recommend a bar team, we want to be sure they’ll take care of you and your guests the way we would. The Tipsy Tin does exactly that.

Who They Are

The Tipsy Tin is a luxury mobile bar company based in Grass Valley, serving weddings and private events across Northern California and Western Nevada. It’s led by founder Savannah, who has spent nearly two decades in hospitality, from bartending and managing wineries to planning weddings and events.

They work as a fully insured dry-hire service. You buy the alcohol, and they handle everything else. That includes a custom shopping list based on your guest count, so you know exactly what to buy and how much.

What they bring to your event:

TIPS-certified bartenders who are polished, friendly, and on time
Craft cocktails made with house-made syrups, fresh-pressed juices, and fresh garnishes
Custom drink menus, including a signature cocktail for the two of you
General and liquor liability insurance, with certificates available on request
Setup, service, and cleanup, so you can enjoy your guests

Pick Your Bar Style

The Tipsy Tin can bring a complete mobile bar or simply staff the bar you already have. Every bar rental also includes select decor, like vintage brass candle holders, a white scalloped umbrella, and faux greenery.

The Tipsy Tin Trailer. Their signature bar is a restored 1977 Hale horse trailer, finished with brass accents, chandeliers, and warm wood. It’s a showstopper for outdoor celebrations and a favorite photo backdrop.
Betty Mobile Bar. A sleek, rolling bar with a dark cherry wood top and white wainscoting. It works as a main bar, a second bar, or a welcome drink station.
Pearl Champagne Cart. A vintage-inspired rolling cart built in London. Think mimosa bar, welcome bubbles, or a champagne toast station.
Standalone Bartending. Already love the bar at your venue? Skip the rental and book their bartending team to serve from the existing bar onsite. You’ll still get the same craft cocktails and polished service.
