Donut Hole Flambé at Granite Bay Golf Club
We love it when one of our Vixen Venues does something really creative (and tasty too) – the Donut Hole Flambé. “The Donut Hole Flambé is an action station where the Chef takes fresh donut holes (from a donut shop picked up in the morning) and flambés them in Vanilla Vodka and Butter until caramelized. It’s then served warm over Salted Caramel Ice Cream. It is a symphony of flavors and textures. The donuts are warm and slightly crunchy on the outside, with a pillowy doughy center, similar to a beignet. Then the ice cream is cold, creamy and sweet with that hint of salt to offset all the sugar.
It is LITERALLY the best thing you will ever put in your mouth! People don’t believe me until they try it and once they do…. they can’t stop talking about it!”
