Gold Hill Gardens – Venue Update
We love our family of Vixen Venues and Gold Hill Gardens, located outside Auburn, CA (Placer County) has been part of our venue family since the beginning of our resource website (10 years)! This gorgeous garden venue has continued to pump out improvements (as if that was possible) by expanding their gardens, pathways, ponds, rock walls and seasonal flower plantings. But, NOW, they have added a large, gleaming white tent to cover the expansive patio area where receptions and dancing occur. The lighting fixtures are very cool and the fact that the side walls can come down for protection during if-y weather, is very helpful. No more moving of market umbrellas to shade tables! Also, the owner has amassed a large inventory of decorator items – from signs/lanterns/wood cut rounds/votives, etc., and even some nice lounge furniture pieces.
